I had an amazing experience with the staff at this location on Wednesday. I went in for an emission test and they got me in and out at a reasonable price. I am truly grateful to have been able to easily cross this task off my check list. 10/10 recommend for emission testing and pro tip to keep in mind - emission technician arrives at 9AM!

Very polite and quick and pleasant experience

It is very clean. The mechanics were honest and didn't try to sell what you didn't need, but let you know if there is something that should be watched and repaired in the near future.

I decided to go to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change today, and was met with prompt service, a clear explanation of services and costs, and a willingness to work with me on bundling some of the required services to help mitigate costs in this trying economic climate. The car runs better after the service, which was the expected result - and I appreciated the kind customer service provided to get to that point. Would go there again.

John and Leslie gave me a full breakdown of what my car needed and were very professional and courteous.

Took my wife’s van for a state inspection. They were quick and efficient. Recommended a couple of maintenance items that I was unaware of. I declined because I do my own work but their prices were reasonable for those who don’t. Excellent customer service. I will be back to this location.

Jiffy Lube is the best oil place ??

Everyone at the location on Highway 380 next to Costco was exceptionally kind and patient. They consistently showed understanding and attentiveness, making the experience truly considerate and welcoming.

I had a state inspection today, and it was done in 15 minutes. Very quick and efficient!

Great customer service and support and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and just cleaned my air filter out himself instead of charging me. I couldn't be happier and will be returning for a full tune up due to the price difference I was quoted at other shops.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Super professional, try to save me money, do a great job with my car. I won’t go anywhere else, even after I moved a little farther away I still come here for an oil change. Great job guys!

Our family just moved to the area from out of state and have had a lot of issues with drivers being territorial and aggressive, even with three kids in the car. The crew at Jiffy Lube was so efficient, friendly and kind to check all our fluids and even helped us put on our Texas plates/sticker. Saved us so much Time with three young kids. You appreciate all the people that help your family would definitely recommend. Thanks again guys!
