If you are in a hurry tell them otherwise they keep coming back to you about air cleaner replacement or you need new brakes etc. I was out of there in 10 minutes or less. Quick service!

Seguin location in New Braunfels are such a kind respectful crew and they did there all to help me out with multiple things … I feel they are honest men on the mechanic side and the Jiffy Lube side they truly did more for me then they had to I’m very thankful I will b taking my business to the Seguin location again for sure to help with any issues with my vehicles in the future

In the past 3 months I’ve received an oil change, all brakes replaced, dash cam installation and today got my Driver side CV joints replaced. All great work, friendly crew and management. Also great military discount. Will come again for spark plug replacement. I have a 2017 Toyota Highlander Hybrid I like to keep in good condition.

I am incredibly grateful to the staff at this location. On New Year’s Eve, just two minutes before closing, I called to ask if they could help with an oil change. Despite it being last minute, they generously allowed me to come in within 15 minutes and took care of the oil change for my car. While driving from Dallas to the Valley, my engine oil had completely drained due to a major leak. They were the only oil change place willing to help me in this situation. Without their assistance, I would have continued driving without oil and could have seriously damaged my engine. Thank you so much for your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help when I truly needed it!

I went in 45min before they closed and they were stacked up. But they got my oil changed quickly and were fun to work with.

I had a check engine light come on and had Autozone scan the computer and got a sensor error. They sold me the replacement sensor and directed me to Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube did a great job fixing my truck and it runs well now..

I got my oil changed and transmission fluid flush. They told me it would take 45 mins. and they got it done in 30 mins. They also gave me a great discount on windshield wipers after I told them I couldn’t afford them at original price.

The guys were really nice but the wait was long in the morning.

A friend recommended me to take my car to Jiffy lube so I did. I had no appointment and it was an hour before closing. They had 3 cars ahead of me but in less than 10 minutes they pulled my car in. The young service girl asked me a few questions before regarding what type of service I needed and type of oil change. Overall the service was good and professional.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon about 3:45 to ask about a rear axle brake job, one of my rotors had scratches on it and I knew the brake pad was grinding metal to metal. I was the last customer but the technician, Gary said he would stay past closing to get it done. It was 6:15 pm (closing was 5 pm)but he said he would stay longer because the brakes weren't working properly. I said i could come back next day(the truck was safe to drive)Gary worked on it again until he was satisfied the brakes were done right. Gary went above and beyond and it is very much appreciated, customer service and safety first
