I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube today! Everyone we spoke with was so helpful! I had been experiencing an issue that another shop shop had caused and they were able to identify the issue (with photos) and give me guidance on how to get it corrected. Thank you so much for a great experience! I didn’t catch everyone’s names but I believe they were Marlon, Robert, Alec, and Erick. Would definitely recommend!

Jalen was my technician on my Mercedes 300 in for an oil change. Jalen was extremely attentive to detail and pointed out some issues that would likely lead to a breakdown with my engine. He very clearly communicated what service was needed and I went with his recommendations. His knowledge was impressive, his mechanical skills were expeditious and his attitude was sincere, caring.

My experience with Jiffy Lube was a lot better than Take Five. I was glad I took my vehicle there. The supervisor answered all my questions and gave good advice on my oil choice. The service was quick and professional. The place was friendly as well.Good job!

Quick reliable servuce

I had quality visit at Jiffy Lube. They were extremely efficient. My only complaint is you must ask the to vacuum your car now. They used to do it without being asked.

Those people on thousand oaks did an outstanding job for me and my car. The time and care they put into their job is second to none.
