Staff was nice. And did a fast job.

It’s easy to like a place when everything goes right the first time but the real challenge is when expectations aren’t aligned at first. These guys really excelled here and truly went above and beyond on a make good. Other companies would have said better luck next time where Jiffy Lube took the opportunity to fix something and really lock in a customer in the future. See y’all soon!

I‘be been coming to Jiffy Lube for a long time. I always had a wonderful experience and a fast service at your location . One of your best is Mr. WILLIE LEWIS. He was so patient with me today while I was searching for my GEICO insurance card. He checked out my engine check light that’s been coming on and waited till I pulled up my needed papers for the emission test. All the while, he kept a smile on his face. He made my day. ??

Jenna was great so was technician. Had me in and out quickly with just 1 in front of me. Was for emissions cert.

Took my bride’s vehicle in after 5 p.m. on the eve of her driving on a lengthy road trip. Arnold “AB” immediately did a battery + fluid check and then inspected her tire air pressure. All complimentary! This is why this Jiffy Lube location sets the standard for care and customer satisfaction. We are grateful y’all are in our area!

I was helped today by Zion and Astrid at Take 5 Oil Change, and they were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful, and completely turned my attitude around. When I arrived, I’ll admit I was short with them because they were out of my usual oil—the cheapest option I normally get. I was frustrated because it seems to happen often, and I felt like I always end up having to pay for the most expensive option. Instead of brushing it off, Zion went above and beyond and offered me the next level oil for the same price as my normal oil, which I truly appreciated. Both Zion and Astrid remained professional, kind, and understanding the entire time. They turned a frustrating situation into a really positive experience. Customer service like that makes a difference, and because of them, I’ll absolutely be back. Thank you, Zion and Astrid!

Kind efficient and caring

Being handicapped and the owner of the car, I had to remain in the passenger seat. My nephew drove and went inside to pay and wait for the inspection.The attendant was very pleasant as we discussed issues with the car which was none. He even said while we were saying our goodbyes, "Enjoyed talking with you today". I did as well. Very nice young man. Thank you. I always go to this location because the guys are always a pleasure to deal with.
