The people were super helpful, the only jiffy lube I trust

I originally went to one of those stay in your car 15 minute oil change places, but there was nearly a two hour wait so I drove over to this Harrissville Jiffy Lube, thinking I was going to have to stand outside because I had my dog with me. They got me right in and let me stay in the car with my dog. The service people were friendly. It seemed a little pricey for an oil change, but I was able to find a coupon online. I still have never paid $150 for an oil change. But because of the friendly service and wait time I would go again.

The group of guys working this morning made the day great! They were friendly caring and kind. They didnt try to take all my money they physically showed me my filters and how bad they were! I tend to struggle with Jiffy Lube but this location makes me come back every time. I genuinely like the employees and store! They are the reason I come back!

This is hands down my favorite jiffy lube. I have been to many and I swore not to come back to the chain after I had someone be blatantly sexist towards me when I came in for an oil change, but asked if they could look at the car because I was pretty sure the clutch was going out. He sat for a second before going "ma'am, do you even know what a clutch is?" I was livid and left. Needless to say I did not get any work done with them. This one has more than made up for it both times I've come. They are not pushy about ANYTHING, never try to sell me anything, they are so nice, they just accept that I can do things with my car and I know what I'm doing, and they always try and help you out. First time I came in for an oil change and brought my own stuff for it (I normally do them myself but I needed to get it done and didn't have the time to do it). They helped me out and did a discount. I came back the next day with Dominos pizza for them and they gave me a coupon booklet for the year as a thank you. This time I came for my emissions testing and on the spot renewal. Asked if I needed an oil change as well. I mentioned I do them myself and he double checked to see if I had any concerns with my car in general, but was happy to just do emissions ($35) when I said it was up to date on everything. Done in minutes and the on the spot renewal website was down so he said to come back and they'd take off the fee for doing the renewal there since I had to come back to do it. These were different people both times. I love this location so much.

I have CPTSD and was extremely stressed out because my mother who is a cosigner on my car probably got the update your registration letter. It must’ve slipped her mind and she didn’t tell me so I was in a super rush once I did find out because my apartment complex was threatening to tow my car if I didn’t get it registered with three business hour notice, even though I was having a hard time and not pleasant with the staff, they went above and beyond to help me and get it done quickly and be so patient and nice to me! They are really doing a good job there every single one of them. I usually go to a different shop south of here but not anymore. I will be going to that location from now on five stars! Good job guys!

12-29-25 Charlie & his team took excellent care of me yesterday. Of course, I had to wait. They were busy & were doing a lot of emissions yesterday. But that is to be expected. So please be thoughtful and patient. It takes time & stuff does come up unexpectedly that needs to be dealt with. I am very thankful to them for my emissions yesterday.

Great team, employees communicated well and got the job done quickly. The price was high as I knew it would be- but the employees that took care of me don’t get to control that. They did great.

Got an oil change and everyone was very knowledgeable and explained things to look out for…made recommendations and was very professional. Best part was they were not pushy at all..didn’t try to sell you on a bunch of services. Kaitlyn was great!

Excellent experience. Having a knew manager Austin. With a great tech. Kaitlin. So glad I decided to go back to that location. Extremely happy that they have a new manager. Took less than a half an hour to get emissions and an oil change in December. Go to top off took less than 10 minutes. Great place to go.
