This location in Blacksburg offers the best service in the NRV. Scott and his team are quick, honest and always have advice or solutions. They can do state inspections now which will be even more convenient.

They now do inspections which is a big deal here. Getting into local garages for inspection time can take months. And they fixed my wiper blade problem! Great team!

I have been going here since they opened the Jiffy Lube franchise. The staff is quick, honest, and provides a service that I personally don’t have the time or skillset to complete. Many of the reviews seem to complain about the price, but fail to take into consideration the time savings and convenience that goes along with the cost of the service. I find the cost is worth the service they provide.

Shane is an outstanding mechanic! And Scott goes beyond and above any expectations to make sure customer satisfaction. He guarantees his work and she's the man of his word

Couldn’t have been more pleased with my visit to this Jiffy Lube. Was replacing the oil myself on a car & couldn’t get the filter off, already had a replacement filter & they swapped them for no charge. Great guys here, I highly recommend them

One of the few businesses left that still does what they did when we were kids. Super fast and easy, competitively priced oil changes and service . No appointment necessary, just pull up and grab a free coffee, I barely had time to get donuts at Carol Lee's next door. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. We just moved back to town last summer and I'll get every oil change here the rest of my life.

I went in for an oil change and the guy who had greeted me had amazing customer service. They were super polite and got the job done quickly. I honestly recommend them. I'd definitely go back!

SO fantastic!! My daughter was 5 hours away at VTech, with our 2015 Kia Sorento. All of a sudden, she said the dashboard lit up with every warning imaginable, and a burning smell started streaming through the vents. Of course, at 6pm on a Wednesday, it was after-hours for most auto repair shops. Luckily, she quickly came upon this Jiffy Lube on North Main. It seems this was the LAST straw for her already hellish day, so she was a sobbing mess for these poor employees. The GM "Scott" was SUPER sweet and calmed her, saying they would run some tests and get back to us asap the next day. By 7am the next morning, their mechanic, Todd, had already left a message on my vm saying they could NOT fix the car and to please call him back. I had a giant sinking feeling, thinking this was the end of the car, as it is nearly 10 years old. Upon returning the call, Todd explained that the alternator had died, but that their location did not have the machinery in place to fix it. He proceeded to tell me everything he tested on the vehicle (what was salvageable, and what wasn't), recommended another shop on the same street, and told me EXACTLY what we needed to tell them. AH-MAZING. Although they were not able to fix our issue, I would 1,000% return for other services. Their knowledge, friendliness, and compassion are things you do not find nowadays. Thank you, Blacksburg Jiffy Lube! Give them all big raises!

The man running this place treats oil change customers like guests at the 4 Seasons. Almost certainly the best oil change experience I’ve ever had! Didn’t catch the gentleman’s name, wish I had, but he seemed to be running/training the operation on the afternoon of Wednesday, October 11th, 2023. Check the time cards and hook that man up with a little bonus.

I bought a used car and took it in to get an oil change plus tire rotation. Turns out I still had a few thousand miles of good fuel! They even topped my fluids and did a OBD scan for free. Jonathan and Henry were really professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. Moreover, they offered great advice when I asked for car help. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube!

If you need your car fixed, bring it in!! If you need your baby delivered ?? Bring them in!! These guys did outstanding. They go above and beyond they have the personal touch. It might sound like I’m exaggerating, but there’s a reason I’m taking this time to write this review. It’s because they absolutely delivered and then some!! Not your typical Jiffy Lube!! 10 out of 10…. Wait… 20 out of 10!!

GM Scott Smith and his team saved the day when I came in with a tire issue!

I stopped by this location about a week ago, the day before a big trip, to get an oil change. I was told I had about 2000 more miles left with my current oil so I was good to go. The next day I drove 6 hours and when I got to my destination, I discovered that my oil cap was missing, oil spattered all over and no oil on the dipstick. It’s an absolute miracle that I was not stuck on the side of the road in a remote area and somehow made it to my destination in one piece. I called Jiffy Lube this morning when I got back into town to let them know what happened and whether they would be willing to remedy the situation (there was still oil in all of the parts under the hood I could not get to with a rag, concern of dust/dirt getting into my oil tank while the cap was off, etc). Apparently in the past week, this Jiffy Lube has come under new management and Scott (new manager) was immediately apologetic and ready to help when I called. I brought my car in this afternoon and he personally changed my oil/filter and cleaned the spilled oil out of the crevasses of my car. I am very appreciative that this new management was able to correct the mistakes of the previous careless employee free of charge. Scott is great and I would definitely recommend getting your car serviced here now that he is in charge.
