I needed an inspection done, they helped me get my car to pass inspection and explained everything I needed to do to get it done, they let me know how much everything was upfront, work was finished quickly and I will be returning to this place, I highly recommend trying it for yourself

Jamie at the Old Forest Rd location was very helpful over the phone and worked with my schedule very well. I was able to drop my truck off and come pick it up with zero hassle. I was worried about finding time to take my truck in this week and thought it might have to be next week, but because of Jamie, my work schedule stayed the exact same. Thank you very much!

Jiffy Lube on Old Forest road was amazing!! I couldn’t say enough great things about a gentleman by the name of Jamie Wyatt. He was so personable and let me watch everything he was doing. He even explained the mechanics behind a lot of the work he was doing. This man needs a raise and a pat on the back. Great work. He gained me as a customer for life.

So got a oil change today just showed up . I do like that they were able to do it then and there but from afterwards i realize why there wasn't a line or a wait. It's pricey . I used a coupon and it was still over 70. I recommend if it's a necessity then so be it the price is the price but if your got time take it to local shop they charge less and do a lot more in the sense of what you'll like to get done.. overall I'm glad my oil was change but it's got me considering ramps for DIY after that price ...

I delivered parts there for my job and they changed the oil in the work trucks for O'Reillys

The bottom part of my car came down and due to not having anything to lift it, I couldn’t fix it so I took it to Jiffy Lube. Scion was awesome and fixed it for free!

This Jiffy Luge is awesome. All of the employees are very nice and super efficient. I came for an AC Recharge and it did not take long at all. My AC has been running great ever since. It also was very reasonably priced for the service unlike some of the competitors. I didn’t have to wait in line for my service. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anyone!

Incredible customer service, took the time while understaffed to help us out with a tire patch and going above and beyond reinstalling the tire and filling them all with air, would definitely recommend.

Incredible customer service! They went above and beyond to repair my tire and volunteered to put air in my other tires. They were speedy, friendly, and informative. Would highly recommend using this shop!
