Great customer service!!

This is the first time, in all my years of taking my car to various Jiffy Lube locations in Maryland and Delaware, that I didn’t have to wait for service, The staff members were courteous and efficient and offered possible additional services without using any pressure tactics. I plan on using this location in the future.

Service was great. Customer service was great. They offered me coffee water snack check everything on my vehicle. I recommend people to go to Jiffy Lube. For car service tire rotations, oil, change filter, a check for leaks Location on Laburnum

Came in on a Saturday afternoon and was met by a wonderful staff who got me in and out in no time! No hassle, quick/great customer service, no unnecessary upsells either. Definitely coming back to this location.

Staff was professional, very through in explaining all of the services. The waiting room was clean and cool, any woman would feel safe and comfortable coming to this location to have her vehicle serviced in a quick and timely manner.

I had a great experience here! John greeted me when I arrived, a few minutes before opening, and they got me right in. The staff is so friendly and efficient and I was in and out in 30 minutes! I’d definitely come back. Update: I went here again today for an oil change and I just genuinely have a great time every time I visit! They are SO fast with the oil change and the staff is so friendly and efficient, while giving you all the info you need. What a great team!

UPDATE TO THE UPDATE The manager admitted to making a mistake. She is unable to issue a refund, but she offered a free oil change next time. I should've looked at the receipt before leaving the store but Im glad they are making it right! 2nd review / UPDATE Very clean waiting area. Friendly staff. Quick service! Super expensive oil change. They didnt ask me what kind I wanted and automatically gave me synthetic which is over $100. I was confused because last time I didnt pay that much and she said "Its exactly what you got last time". I didnt realize until i looked at my old Google review and my receipt that they emailed to me AFTER i left. Don't be stupid like me...Make sure you tell them exactly what you want before they get in there because they will go with the pricier option and lie about past service! I will be going elsewhere for future oil changes. -------------------- I dropped in for an oil change around 9am. There were a couple people in front of me so the whole appointment took about 45 minutes - 1 hour. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I only got the standard oil change because synthetic was $109! So after using a coupon, I ended up paying $35 for conventional oil. they tried to upsell me on a couple things (expected) but I declined. Overall it was a good experience but they forgot to turn off my maintenance light so I have to go back to them for that.
