**????? Highly Recommend Jiffy Lube on Bothell Way & 68th Ave – Riley & Josh Are Awesome!** I recently visited the Jiffy Lube on Bothell Way and 68th Ave, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Even though they were already helping another customer, Riley (the GM) greeted me right away and was super friendly. He took the time to walk me through my service options without any pressure. Once my car was in the shop, both Riley and Josh (the hood tech) worked together seamlessly. What really impressed me was that even though I hadn’t mentioned it, they noticed my oil was extremely low (my oil light had flickered a few times before). Riley explained how driving with low oil can cause gunk buildup and recommended a product to help break it down—which made a *huge* difference! Josh even showed me the before-and-after of my oil, and the improvement was clear. I also opted for another product to help prevent oil burn, and their suggestions were honest and made sense. The whole experience was efficient (under 30 minutes!) yet never felt rushed. Riley and Josh were knowledgeable, respectful, and gave me their full attention. Plus, they mentioned you can stop by anytime for a quick oil top-off between changes—how convenient! I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this location, especially if you want honest, friendly, and expert service. Thanks, Riley and Josh!

These guys were so helpful. I popped in to get my fluids checked, and as I was leaving, my car wouldn’t stay on. They spent several minutes with me, helping me figure out what the problem was. They told me it was likely a problem with the fuel injection, and told me they weren’t equipped to fix it there, but directed me to the full service jiffy lube up the road, where the staff did in fact fix the issue right away. It turned out that the throttle body needed to be cleaned off, and that was all. Thanks guys!

Riley and crew were very kind and helpful in getting my oil changed and engine/cabin air filters replaced. Topped off all the fluids and checked lights and tires as well. They made getting the “routine” maintenance done, easy. Thank you!

This location has always been so accommodating every time I’ve been here. Just today I showed up 10 minutes before they closed and they still serviced me and were super nice and chill. They changed my oil real quick and easy and I was back in the road in no time. Would give 6/5 if I could.

The technicians were very efficient. It honestly seemed like they were having a great time working. They had some really cool call and response type communication which was cool to experience.

Friendly place, quick service, did a great job on an oil change. I needed to get my oil changed before I started a cross country trip, they fit me in at the last minute and finished by the time I got back from a walk.

Great experience at this Jiffy Lube. Riley was insanely helpful and upfront with everything they were doing and also changed a couple of my filters they noticed were starting to get dirty. Even with waiting for the car in front of me to get done and the filter changes(which they happen to be out of stock of and they still went and bought me one at a nearby auto shop)(way above and beyond) the whole process took just over a half hour and now I’m finally set again for awhile. Huge shout out Riley and the nameless hands that I felt under my car. For sure comin back to this location
