I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube in Monroe today. The team was incredibly fast, efficient, and thorough with the work on my car. I went in for an oil change and air filter replacement, and everyone working there made the whole process smooth and stress-free. This was actually my first time handling this kind of car maintenance on my own, and they made me feel really comfortable and confident about everything they were doing. They explained things clearly, didn’t pressure me into any extra services, and were very professional from start to finish. Also would like to mention how they fixed my undercarriage for me no problem so it wasn’t dragging when I drove. I really appreciated how friendly and helpful the whole crew was. The guys here are awesome! I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone and I’m looking forward to coming back for future service.
