I walked in 10 minutes before close in tears because my bumper had nearly fallen off (and I had just had a day). I was parked in the parking lot nextdoor and everyone was very kind to me and looked at my car and fixed it right up for nothing.

The service is generally great but if you run a vehicle vin# you should be able to know if it is a 2wd or a 4wd. I didn't know a 2wd had a transfer case so why would it need service?
