Quick and easy!

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! The manager, who I believe was named Taylor, was very thorough and professional. The team worked quickly and got my car fixed in no time. I didn’t even need an appointment, which made things really convenient. The service was affordable, fast, and everyone was very friendly. I truly appreciate the great customer service and would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs work done on their car!

I had a great experience with Tyler and his team at Jiffy Lube. From the moment I pulled in, everyone was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. Tyler took the time to explain what services my vehicle needed without making me feel pressured into anything, which I really appreciated. The whole team worked efficiently, and the service was done quicker than I expected while still being very thorough. They checked everything, kept me informed, and made sure my car was in great shape before I left. It’s nice going somewhere where you feel like the people actually care about doing the job right. You can tell Tyler runs a solid team—everyone was organized, respectful, and focused on customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future oil changes and maintenance. A couple nights ago I was stuck on the side of the road and Tyler pulled over on his way home from work to see if I needed help He didnt have to stop but he did and made sure I was safe and able to get going again It really felt like a neighbor looking out for a neighbor He told me he worked at Jiffy Lube so I decided to stop by for an oil change The service was just as solid as the help he gave me on the road Him and his team were friendly fast and straight up with everything They made the whole visit easy Stuff like that sticks with you I appreciate people who actually care and that shop definitely does Ill be back for sure

I had gotten an oil change at a mechanic, I won't mention there name. But they had cause my check engine light go off. The guys at this Jiffy lube helped me solved the problem, communicated with me, just was super professional and willing to work with me

I'm a repeat customer at the Jiffy Lube on Market Lane in Kenosha and I have to say the manager there is amazing! Misty not only handled my concerns with courtesy and professionalism but the greatest personality I've dealt with in an unpleasant situation. I've been in the car business many years and we need more service managers like this. I highly recommend this location and ask for Misty!

My employer has a fleet account with Jiffy Lube. I hate them, but I have no choice. They don't do the little things like Valvoline does, air in the tires, show you the lipstick, check the other fluids, etc. This store is better than most, but if I had s choice I would never go there

Very professional, explained everything going on with my car, as well as what my options were. Great service.

Stopped for emissions just after 2pm. Unfortunately only done until 2. That info was not given on the automated system. Asked them if they were able to change my front turn signal. Tyler said that they could (I had already had the bulbs) Unfortunately not as easy as utube makes it look. Took about 30 minutes due to how difficult to get to the bulbs. When I went to pay was told no charge. The guys who worked on it were great. I will certainly return for further work. Thanks so much for the service.
