The technician that helped us was amazing! Very personable and knowledgeable. I was in Wasau for a bowling tournament and needed an change of oil for my son. We got to Jiffy Lube, was greeted right away, drove the car in and out within 20 min!! Highly satisfied

*Read to bottom* Took my car in for an oil change and overall a pleasant experience. Great coffee and very clean waiting area. Technicians were extremely friendly. However, after having the air filter removed and declining a replacement, my blower motor started making a loud noise after leaving the shop. Likely a stroke of bad luck vs. technician error. Contacted the shop today who offered to take a look at no cost. Manager Rich was easy to speak with and respectful. Being a woman in a car space, this was an A++++ experience. My first instinct was that my concerns were going to be dismissed but it was anything but. Highly impressed with their customer service and even if I end up needing to have the blower motor replaced, I feel heard and appreciated as a customer. Will definitely be returning for my future oil changes. Easy to see why they have a great google rating!

I was able to get my car looked at right away. The woman that works there was fantastic, very nice and informative. I ended up needing front brakes and calipers. The service did take quite a bit longer than expected, but the parts took a while to get there so it wasn’t their fault. I would definitely go back for any of my other car needs!

Quick and easy. Staff were very pleasant and polite. Didn’t try to up sell me anything that I didn’t want. Some other places hound you on those extras that you don’t need. This place just took my first decline and left it alone. Very much appreciated that.

Incredibly fast and great customer service! honestly can't say when I've ever been to a place where the mechanics ask if I want a beverage or not—maybe it's the bare minimum, but Jiffy Lube is doing it and it makes me feel comfortable. Most places will treat you like you're an idiot for asking for simple services. Spent a total of about 25 minutes for an oil change since the weather's still cold and I'm unable to do it myself! Stellar job all around with the guys!!

I would recommend any female to actually go here. Hannah was so good at explaining everything. Where at other places, they dont explain anything. For instance I didnt know about the sludge in my oil until it was pointed out today by a woman. Thanks hannah and the pit crew . I will be going back

Got to jiffylube and took my donut off and put my regular one at no cost. It was fast and easy.
