Privacy Notice - Business Customers, Suppliers and Business Partners 

This notice sets out what personal information we collect, for what purposes and your rights in this respect. 

What does this Privacy Notice cover? 

This Privacy Notice provides information regarding the personal information which is processed by a company or companies within the which is processed by Premium Velocity Auto, LLC (“PVA Group”, “PVA” or “we”) with its parent company Jiffy Lube International, Inc. (“Jiffy Lube”, “JLI” or “we”) and ultimately, Shell plc (“Shell” or “Shell Group”) in relation to (i) individuals who work for, or on behalf of, or who are shareholders of our business customers (‘Business Customers’), (ii) suppliers or vendors (‘Suppliers’), (iii) business partners, including within non Shell-operated joint ventures, as well as investors and shareholders (‘Business Partners’).

For individuals who require access to a PVA site on behalf of a Business Customer, Supplier or Business Partner you will be asked to provide additional information to enable you to be identified for health, safety and security purposes and to manage the relationship between Shell and the relevant Business Customer, Supplier or Business Partner

Bespoke notices and supplementary privacy statements may contain further information about how PVA is processing your personal information. In those instances, such privacy notices will be communicated to you separately. These privacy notices may vary among the countries in which we operate to reflect local practices and applicable law requirements. 

This Privacy Notice explains what personal information is processed about you, why we are processing your personal information and for which purposes, how long we hold your personal information for, how to access and update your personal information, as well as the options you have regarding your personal information and where to go for further information

Consent of the parent or guardian is required if personal data of children is gathered and processed. 

Special Notice: Processing children’s personal information

PVA does not knowingly collect, use, process, or disclose the personal information of children under 16 years old without parental consent.

What categories of personal information do we process about you? 

We process personal information from and in relation to individuals who are, or who work for or on behalf of or who are shareholders in our Business Customers, Suppliers, Business Partners in the following categories: 

Screening 

In addition, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, to protect PVA assets and employees/contractors and specifically to ensure that PVA can comply with trade control, anti-money laundering and/or bribery and corruption laws and other regulatory requirements, we carry out screening (pre-contract and on a periodic basis post-contract) on owners, shareholders and directors of our Business Customers, Suppliers and Business Partners. This screening takes place against publicly available or government issued sanctions lists and media sources. 

The screening does not involve profiling or automated decision making in relation to the counter-parties or potential counter-parties. 

Who is responsible for any personal information collected? 

Premium Velocity Auto, LLC whose registered address is 111 E Troy Street, Suite G Tupelo, Mississippi, 38804 will be responsible for processing your personal data, either solely or jointly by Jiffy Lube International Inc. and/or Premium Velocity Auto, LLC and its affiliates within the Shell Group of companies

We have implemented technology and policies with the objective of protecting your privacy from unauthorized access and improper use. In particular, we may use encryption for some of our services, we apply authentication and verification process for access to PVA services and we regularly test, assess and evaluate the effectiveness of our security measures.

Interacting with PVA through social media 

If you interact with PVA through social media, your personal information may be visible to Shell and other visitors depending on your privacy settings on the social media platform. You can change your settings or delete any information through the platform. PVA reserves the right to access and aggregate information provided by you through its Social Media Page for statistics and analytics. For more information on how your personal information is processed on those social media platforms, including any targeted advertising that you may receive, please refer to the social media platform's privacy settings and disclosures. Your personal information may be transferred outside of your country, subject to appropriate

safeguards. 

Transfers of your personal information to other countries 

Where your personal information has been transferred to companies within the Shell group and/or to authorized third parties located outside of your country, we take organizational, contractual and legal measures to ensure that your personal information is exclusively processed for the purposes mentioned above and that adequate levels of protection have been implemented in order to safeguard your personal information. These measures include contractual obligations preventing service providers from selling your personal information and Binding Corporate Rules for transfers among the Shell group. What are the consequences of not providing your personal information? 

Personal information gathered by PVA for these processes either directly or indirectly are required in order to: 

Failure to provide us with the information required will negatively affect our ability to communicate with you, or our ability to enter into a contract with a counter-party or continue to contract with a counter-party. 

The retention of your personal information for a defined period of time.

How long do we hold your personal information for? 

With some exceptions which are explained in supplementary privacy statements, any personal information that is required for the purposes of conclusion and execution of agreements with Business Customers, Suppliers and Business Partners or for considering bids or tenders, will be held during the duration of the contractual relationship and up to 15 years after. For agreements which have a term of more than five years and for the purposes set out above, these agreements will be held for 35 years with effect from the commencement of the agreement. 

In all other cases for the purposes set out above, including personal information gathered as part of any unsuccessful bids to PVA or which relates to the screening against publicly available or government issued sanctions lists and media sources, such personal information is held for no longer than 15 years after it was first gathered. 

In all cases, information may be held for (a) a longer period of time where there is a legal or regulatory reason to do so (in which case it will be deleted once no longer required for the legal or regulatory purpose) or (b) a shorter period where the individual objects to the processing of their personal information and there is no longer a legitimate business purpose to retain it.

Information for individuals who are or were a PVA customer, member of a PVA/JLI loyalty program, visitor to a PVA/JLI website and/or user of a PVA digital application.

This Privacy Notice sets out what personal information PVA Group collects, for what purposes and your rights in this respect. 

What does this Privacy Notice cover? 

The Shell group of companies, including Premium Velocity Auto, LLC (“PVA Group”, “PVA” or “we”) with its parent company Jiffy Lube International Inc. (“PVA Group”, “PVA” or “we”), is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information.

Notice of Financial Incentives/Bona Fide Loyalty Program Disclosure   

We may offer customer loyalty programs that provide certain perks, such as rewards and exclusive offers, and programs, such as sweepstakes, contest, or other similar promotional campaigns. When you sign up for one of these programs, you are typically asked to provide your name and contact details. Because the programs involve the collection of personal information and offering of certain benefits, they might be interpreted as a “financial incentive” program under California law or a “bona fide loyalty program” under Colorado law. The value of your personal information to us is related to the value of the free or discounted products or services or other benefits that you obtain or that are provided as part of the program less the expense related to offering those products, services, and benefits to participants. You may withdraw from participating in a program at any time by contacting us using the designated method set forth in the applicable program rules. Should you choose to exercise any of your rights as detailed above, we will not discriminate against you by offering you different pricing or products, or by providing you with a different level or quality of products, based solely upon this request. 

Some of these rights, include the right to correct your information, may be available through self-service on your PVA Group account profile or by following the instructions on communications received (e.g., using the "Unsubscribe" button). You may also use an opt-out preference signal to opt-out of the online sale/sharing of your personal information. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) in jurisdictions where the GPC signal is recognized as valid request to opt-out.

The request must provide sufficiently detailed information for verification and to locate the personal information subject to the request.  We may not be able to respond to your request if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request. If we need to request further information from you to verify your identity, we will only use that personal information for the purposes of identifying you or that you have authorized the request. In some states, you can designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. 

We will comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable and as required by applicable law. 

If you wish to opt out of targeted advertising, you can follow the instructions above in addition to the instructions under ‘Cookies and similar online tracking technologies’. Your request to opt-out of targeted advertising may be linked to your browser identifier, and as such you may have to opt-out on additional browsers or devices you use to access our websites, apps, and services. Please note that opting out of sales, sharing, and targeted advertising may not prevent all promotions and advertisements from being displayed to you, including those that do not rely on targeted advertising techniques, and may limit your ability to receive certain promotions and advertisements. 

Retaining your Personal Information. We retain your personal information for only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for collection and use outlined above, or as otherwise required or permitted by applicable law. Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes, to complete any transactions that you began prior to your request, or for other purposes as required or permitted by applicable law. For example, we may also still need to send you service updates and notifications where such updates and/or notifications are necessary for the proper functioning of the JLI

 Apps or other services that you use or allowed by applicable law. We may also continue to disclose your personal information to third parties for purposes outside of cross-context behavioral advertising. 

Appeals. In certain states, if we refuse to act on a request, you may appeal our decision within a reasonable period by contacting us as outlined below and specifying you wish to appeal. We will review and respond to your appeal within the timeframe required by applicable law and will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions. If the appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the appropriate regulatory authority for your state.
